Core Machines

Nearly all our 65+ core machines were designed and built in-house. Platen sizes can be adjusted to fit most boxes, and our custom-made vaporizers allow for proper gassing of large or uneven parts. Both vertically and horizontally parted shell machines provide the freedom to make multiple core shapes, solid or drained.


Virtually any tooling can be modified to run on our machines. We have extensive knowledge of tooling design, can consult with customers on the creation of new tooling, or about how to modify tooling to successfully make cores. Please contact our engineering department with questions.
